Because our products are consumable, we generally do not accept returns. However, in the unlikely event that your product is damaged or otherwise defective, please CONTACT US within 30 days of receipt to explore your return and/or exchange options.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend acquiring a trackable number and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of return without proof of delivery.
